A record-breaker in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2015, Lauren Morton is preparing for her next adventure: The Three Lakes Challenge - an incredible open water swimming event across the UK.

Whilst training in the cold waters of Loch Awe, a gorgeous freshwater lake surrounded by nature, Lauren literally immerses herself in the elements. With the stunning Scottish landscape as the background, Lauren reflects on her never-ending motivation for pushing herself into the unknown, revealing how rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic changed her life.
